Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation Right
Customers have a fourteen-day cancellation right.
You may cancel your contractual commitment via e-mail or letter within a period of fourteen days without reason or by returning the items, which are to be unused, i.e. still shrink-wrapped and undamaged. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before you have received the product(s) ordered (in case the order is divided into separate deliveries, then not before the arrival of the first delivery); and also not before we have fulfilled our obligation to supply you with all necessary information in compliance with article 246 § 2, in connection with § 1, sections 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code, as well as our obligations according to § 312g, section 1, sentence 1 of the German Civil Code, in connection with article 246, § 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code.
To ensure cancellation, you must send a cancellation notice or return the item(s) ordered before the fourteen-day period expires.
The cancellation notice or the return of the ordered items needs to be sent to: European Photography, P.O. Box 080227, 10002 Berlin, ep@equivalence.com.
The right of cancellation does not apply to the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or software if the seal has been removed by the customer after delivery (§ 312 d sec. 4 no. 2 and 3 BGB). This also includes PDFs and other digital files that have been downloaded or accessed by the customer.

Cancellation Consequences
In the case of a valid cancellation, the customer must return all products delivered, and the seller must return all payments, including any interest accrued or additional charges. If the customer does not return all the items, or returns them in a damaged or used condition, then they must compensate us accordingly.
If the price of the delivered item(s) does not exceed EUR 40 or if at the time of the cancellation the item(s) to be returned have not been paid in full or in part, return postage has to be paid by the customer. Otherwise the return of the item(s) is free of charge.
Commitments to refund payments must be fulfilled within thirty days. The thirty-day period begins for you when you send your cancellation notice or return the item(s); our thirty-day period begins upon our receipt of the returned item(s).
