Shipping and handling charges are as follows: Within Europe* EUR 5.00 for the first item, EUR 2.50 per additional item. Rest of the World EUR 20.00 for the first item, EUR 10.00 for each additional item.

Delivery time takes 5–10 business days within Europe and 10–40 business days to the rest of the world.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please save the item and all packing materials and contact us at mail@equivalence.com as soon as possible. Saving the damaged shipping materials will make processing a claim much easier and will help ensure that the item can be replaced.
